Fenugreek - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 6-7 No
Black Pepper Corn - 2Tsp
Kashmiri Chilli - 4-5 No
Garlic 4-5 No
Ginger - 5 Gm
Tamarind - Lemon Ball Seize
For Marination :
Chicken - 1 Kg
Lemon Juice - 1Tbsp
Curd -50 ml
Turmeric Powder -1 Tsp
For Tempering ;
Ghee - 100 ml
Curry Leaf -4 Sprigs
